As a result, the request fails with a HTTP 400 error and a response stating "The parameter is incorrect". When the redirected request is issued, the space in the 3 3 URL portion is not replaced with the URL encoded form of %20. Note that the + character in the 3+3 portion of the original URL is removed from the redirected URL and replaced with a space character. (some parts are blurred for client security - they do not need to be visible to answer my question) I am trying to generate a link after a file is created using that file name as the tailing path, without extentions of course which works, but now if that file has spaces it breaks the link. There is a GET request in my application ( 3+3CGDLUjs%2frA%3d%3d=pobrerD+z1HVclFx4CkitQ%3d%3d ) that gets redirected to another location ( 3 3CGDLUjs/rA=hbWQMZjZTcIG7q/XT9cO5w=). This bug is not reproducible in a Visual Studio 2005 installation without Service Pack 1. I'm created a web test in Visual Studio 2005 with Service Pack 1 beta installed and I am encountering a problem with the encoding of space characters in redirected URL's.
